About these terms
These terms apply when you place an order with Luloo Kids. A discreet notice beside the checkout action links to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy; no mandatory checkbox is required. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Your rights under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law, continue to apply.
Products and availability
We aim to describe products accurately, including material, size, colour, age guidance, origin and safety information. Screen colours can vary. Product availability may change, and an order is not accepted until it is confirmed through the Wix checkout.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). Standard delivery within Australia is free. Delivery to selected international destinations generally costs AUD $30–$50, with the exact available charge shown before payment. Payment is completed through the Wix-hosted checkout using the methods made available there, including the connected Stripe service. We may correct a genuine pricing or listing error before accepting an order and will contact you if an order is affected.
Delivery, returns and cancellations
Delivery details appear in our Shipping Policy. Remedies and returns are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Use our contact form promptly to request an order change or cancellation, although a change cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.
Promotions and gift offers
Additional conditions may apply to a promotion, discount or gift offer. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be exchanged for cash and may be limited by time, stock, order value or eligibility.
Website content and acceptable use
Luloo Kids branding and original website content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful content or attempt unauthorised access.
Liability and consumer guarantees
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies the Australian Consumer Law or any other right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law.
Updates
We may update these terms prospectively. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. The version displayed when an order is placed will apply to that order, subject to rights that cannot be excluded.
