Use products as intended
Read all packaging, labels and manufacturer instructions before use. Follow age and weight guidance, supervise children where directed, and inspect items regularly for damage or wear.
Product recalls
If a product safety issue or recall affects an item sold by us, we will use available customer records to communicate next steps. Customers should stop using an affected product immediately and follow the recall notice.
Report a concern
Use our contact form with the product name, order number, photographs and a clear description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
